Starred in numerous silent films, including "The Silent Enemy." Went to Paris and danced before royalty. Met and married French journalist Jean Archambaud, with whom she had a daughter. Fled the German invasion on foot over the Pyrenees, then made her way home to Indian Island, where she raised her daughter and taught traditional arts to her people.
