The funeral of Muncie industrialist Daniel Hunter Penrod will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Riverside United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel until 5 and from 7 to 9 p.m. today or one hour before the funeral at the church.

Mr. Penrod, who founded several local tool and die companies, died Wednesday at Ball Hospital. He suffered a heart attack a week ago.
