Mrs. Amy Jane Smith Stevenson, 82, 1010 So. 7th West, died of natural causes Saturday at 2:15 a.m. at her home. Born March 16, 1883, West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England, to Thomas and Eliza Shell Smith. Married to Leopold G. Stevenson Dec. 21, 1903, Salt Lake City. He died Oct. 29, 1938. Member Presbyterian Church. Utah resident for 79 years.
Survivors: sons, daughters, Justin E., Leo S., Miss Amy Stevenson, Mrs. David W. (Phyllis) Gemmill, all Salt Lake City; Mrs. Harry A. (Ruth) Brewer, Santa Maria, Calif.; Mrs. Wilson (Faith) Murdock, Mentone, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Tuesday 11 a.m., 574 E. 1st South. Burial Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
