Dorothy Claire Gehlbach was born in Jersey City, NJ in 1923. She was the eldest daughter of Frederick and Catherine Beisman Gehlbach. She lived in Bergenfield before moving to Crestwood Village Six, Whiting, in 1978.
She was a manager for Avon in Bergenfield for 15 years, retiring in 1973. She was a member of Whiting United Methodist Church.She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Lynch Sr.; and her second husband, Maxwell Gold. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Robert Lynch Jr. and Keli Gold of Fawnskin, Calif.; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and George Lucckese of Conroe, Texas; two granddaughters, Nicole Wertman and Collette Lucckese; and two great-grandchildren, Page and Maci Wertman. Also survived by a sister, Florence Gehlbach Maresca and a nephew, Michael Maresca both of Gainesville, FL as well as many neices and a nephew in New Jersey.
Dorothy suffered from Alzheimer's Disease. She passed in a Nursing Home after suffering from the disease for many years. She will be missed by many.
