Mrs. Victoria Meeks Blevins, 95, died Jan. 19 in Murfreesboro.
She was born in Pike County in 1877 and married A.M. Blevins in 1891 at the age of 14. She moved to Hot Springs after his retirement as postmaster at Hope. He died in 1951.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ruby Rose known as Patsy Montana of California; seven sons, Leroy, Kenneth and Auzie of Hot Springs, Leffell and Ordie of California, Claudie of New Orleans and Ira of Langley; 33 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Services were by the Seventh Day Adventist minister in Texarkana. Burial was Monday in the Shower Springs Cemetery.
