THE PARIS NEWS Thursday, October 17, 1991, p.4A:

"Early McCuin, 75, 1006-13th NW, died Saturday, at his home. Services at 11 a.m. Friday, at Maxey Funeral Home with Elder Thurman Reese. Born in Lamar County, son of Nathaniel and Maggie Jones McCuin. Was a graduate of Gibbons High School and was a farmer and rancher. Was retired from Campbell Soup.

Surviving are three sons, Bob Wayne McCuin of Houston, Kenneth Ray McCuin of Paris, and Larry Phillips McCuin of Dallas; a brother, Grady McCuin of Paris; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Was preceded in death by his wife, Jewel McCuin."
