MILLBURY - Warren H. "Hal Warren" Weatherbee, 67, of 3653 Frances St., Port Orange, Fl., formerly of Harris Ave., Millbury died Sunday, Oct. 5, in his home after an illness.
He leaves his wife, Phyllis A. (Edwards) Weatherbee; two sons, John Weatherbee of Worcester and Gene Weatherbee of Nashville, Tenn; three daughters, Donna Lee Henderson of Worcester, Lynn Skinner of South Daytona, Fl. and Doreen Haight of Horse Head, N.Y.; a brother, Wayne Weatherbee of Portland, Ore.; eight grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. He was born in Worcester, son of Kenneth and Dorothy (Barr) Weatherbee.
Mr. Weatherbee was truck driver for Pennsylvania Truck Lines, before he retired. He played country music locally with the Band Hal Warren and the Midnite Cowboys. He was a member and an original founder of the New England County Music Assoc. and the Teamsters Local Union #170 in Worcester.
Calling hour are 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9 in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. A graveside service will be held Friday, Oct. 10, at 11 a.m. in St. John Cemetery, Worcester.
