Mrs. Valada Taylor, 32, wife of Alfred Taylor of near Yorktown, died at noon Thursday at Ball Hospital, following an illness of three weeks.
Surviving are the husband; three daughters, Opal, Diane, and Evelyn Carol; three sons, Jackie Eugene, Lois Grant and David Tommie; and three sisters, Mrs. Opal Corey of Detroit, Mrs. Mary Jane Pumphrey of Farmland, and Mrs. Ethyl Whitemire of Muncie.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon at the Meeks mortuary. The Rev. Harry Dowling and the Rev. Hardy Boor will officiate. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary.
