Stella Judson was the youngest daughter of Hamilton Harris Judson and Lucy Alice Parker Judson, and lived in Farmington, MN all her life. Her father was postmaster in Farmington for nearly 30 years and she worked in the post office as a young woman. She was very active in church work and was a Sunday School teacher at the First Presbyterian Church. She was also the town librarian for a number of years. She never married or had children. She loved animals and her last dog, named "Ginger," was a wonderful collie to whom she was devoted.
