Raddatz, Mary K. "DeDe" age 88, passed away December 30, 2011.

Born in Bloomington, IN, she was a longtime resident of Joliet.

Survived by her loving daughter Louise (John) Newbury; grandchildren Susan (James) Knapp, Rachel (Jodi) Kruk, Amanda Kruk, Anne Kruk, Billy Raddatz and Krystina Raddatz; great-grandchildren Cydney Knapp, Jordyn Knapp, Ryley Knapp, Kerrigyn Knapp and Freddy Kruk; daughter-in-law Connie Raddatz; brother Buck (Elsie) Ooley.

Preceded in death by her husband William Raddatz, son Terry Raddatz and sister Louise Wray.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Heart Association.

The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers through Mary's long illness.

Her life's motto was "Love is doing".

Services for Mary will be held privately as per her wishes.
