Miss Adeline Welk Dies At Milwaukee Following Two Operations For Appendicitis
The body of Miss Adeline Welk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Welk, 1201 Jackson street, is expected to arrive in the city tomorrow morning from Milwaukee. Upon reaching this city, the remains will be in charge of Schram & Sons, undertakers, and will be taken to the home of the young lady's parents, where they will remain until the funeral services, which will be held later in the week, definite arrangements not having been made as yet.
The young lady, who is nineteen years of age, has been employed at Milwaukee, and was taken suddenly ill with appendicitis. She was taken to the Trinity hospital in that city, where she underwent one operation last Friday and another yesterday. Her relatives were notified of her serious condition and her mother immediately left for Milwaukee to be in attendance at the sick girl's bedside. Although no further details have as yet been received, it is thought that death occurred some time during the night.

Funeral Arrangements Not Yet Complete - Services at St. Stephan's Evangelical Church
The body of Miss Adeline Welk, who passed away at Milwaukee, following two operations for appendicitis, was brought to this city this morning and taken to the home of the young lady's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Welk, Jackson street. Definite funeral arrangements have not as yet been made, but it is thought services will be held Friday afternoon from the St. Stephan's Evangelical church, where Rev. Schmidt will have charge of the obsequies.
