Per Pennsylvania Marriages, on Jan 21 1903 in Franklin, Anna Sylvia Hill, 21, daughter of George Hill, married Harley Jacob Ziegler, 22, son of John H. and Mary Ziegler.

The Oil City Derrick, Friday, Nov 16 1928:
Mrs. Anna Ziegler, aged 46 years, of 511 Liberty st., died at 10:15 o'clock yesterday morning in the Franklin city hospital. She underwent an operation in the hospital Monday and it was believed she was recovering. Her condition was complicated, however, by peritonitis, resulting in her unexpected death yesterday morning.

She attended schools in Venango county and Allegheny college, Meadville, and was popular with her classmates. She was united in marriage with Captain Harley J. Ziegler, January 21, 1903. They lived in Pittsburgh and Oil City before removing to Franklin 18 years ago. They celebrated their silver wedding anniversary this year. Her husband; one son, Floyd Ziegler of Franklin; one daughter, Oromel, at home; a brother, Gerald G. Hill of Hill City; and two sisters, Mrs. Olin E. Mark of Rocky Grove, and Mrs. C. F. Adamson of Meadville.

She was an active member of the Willard W. C. T. U., the First Methodist church, and allied organizations of that church. Her remains were removed to the Barron chapel and later yesterday were conveyed to her late residence, 511 Liberty st.

Services will be conducted at her residence Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock by Rev. H. H. Bart, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church. Interment will be in the Franklin cemetery.
