AUSBURN M. BIRDSALL
Retired Lawyer Had Been With Several Insurance Firms Asburn M. Birdsall of Orchard Street, Harrison, N.Y., retired New York lawyer, who had been assistant general solicitor for the National Surety Company and a counsel for other insurance companies, died Monday in Fordham Hospital, the Bronx, at the age of 79.
Born in Binghamton, N.Y., a son of Ausburn and Eliza Montgomery Birdsall, Mr. Birdsall was graduated from Columbia Univerity. He was admitted to the bar in 1889 and practiced until his retirement fifteen years ago.
