Mrs. Bertha A. DeWitt, 45, died at Washington Hospital.
Mrs. DeWitt was born at Swallow Falls, Garrett County.
She was the daughter of the late Aaron and
Carrie (Harden) Sines. She was the wife of
Herbert F. DeWitt and the mother
of three daughters.
Besides her husband, and three daughters, she was survived by five grandchildren, two sisters,
and six brothers.
She was a member of Pine Grove Church of the Brethren.
Services were held from Brownsville Church of the Brethren.
She was buried in Boonsboro Cemetery.
