Nadine Brown Griswold, 90, of Vevay, died Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Swiss Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Vevay.
She was born June 9, 1921, in Madison, the daughter of Leslie and Mae Burnham Brown. She was raised in Bennington and was a 1939 graduate of Vevay High School. She was a member of the Old Ebenezer United Methodist Church at Moorefield. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Roger H. Griswold of Vevay; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Griswold, whom she married March 15, 1957; one son, Ralph Edward Griswold; and her parents.
The funeral was at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay. Burial was in Vevay Cemetery.
