LITHIA, Fla. — Karen Berry Holmes, 60, Lithia, formerly of Evansville, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012, in Frostproof, Fla., as a result of an automobile accident.
She was a homemaker and a member of Calvery Temple in Evansville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Clay Berry and Maxine Anita Berry Anderson.
Survivors include her stepfather, Charles Anderson of Evansville; three children, Daniel C. Holmes Jr. of Evansville, Kelli Holmes Dixon of Lithia and David Holmes of Plant City, Fla.; one sister, Kristina Berry Smith of Henderson; three stepsisters; three stepbrothers; seven grandchildren; and one niece and one nephew.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.
The Rev. Rodney Murray will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Evansville.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.
