Henrietta Campbell died Monday May 10, 2004 at her home on Island Estates, formally on Eldorado Avenue, across from Carlouel Yacht Club on Clearwater Beach where she was a charter member. She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts and came to Tampa in the early 1920's where she met and married Courtney Campbell, an industrialist, later to become a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, during President Eisenhower's regime and also known for the Courtney Campbell Causeway of whom it was named after. Mrs. Campbell was the sole survivor of her family; her mother and father and one sister and a brother. In their memory she also maintained a home in Massachusetts, the Hisgen Farm, Hisgen Road, Holland, Massachusetts which has been her summer home her entire life.
