Services for MeKinnley Dallas Austin, 76-year-old resident of Cates St., will be at 10 a. m. Wednesday at Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.

The Rev. Archie Allison and the Rev. Paul Sullivan will officiate, and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Mr. Austin died Monday mornIng in Jennie Stuart Hospital following a brief illness.

A native of Stewart County, Tenn., Mr. Austin was born Aug. 11, 1893, the son of the late S.J. and Sophia Edwards Austin.

He was a retired Baptist minister and was retired from the real estate business. Mr. Austin was a member of the Edge wood Baptist Church.

His wife, Mrs. Rosa Lee Austin, died Feb. 11, 1966. A son and a daughter also preceded him in death.

Survivors include two sons, Paul Douglas Austin, the city, and William Ray Austin, Buckeye Lake, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Bessie Browner and Mrs. James Claiborne, both of the city; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
