Excerpt -- The venerable Mrs. Margaret Potter, died at her home near Kingwood, Friday morning, Aug. 10th, 1894, age 96 years and 13 days. Old age was the cause of her death. She was the widow of David Potter, and was a Corbus before her marriage. The funeral took place from the M. E. Church here, and burial was in the cemetery here.
