Kellie G Aliff, 75, died Saturday in a Fayette County Hospital after a long illness. Kellie was born February 28, 1910 at Cunard, Raleigh County, WV. He was the son of the late John & Bessie Allman Aliff. Mr Aliff was a disabled coal miner and a member of the UMWA.
Survivors include he wife, Forthalee Alwell Aliff of Minden; a son, James of Mabscott; a daughter, Wanda Young of Beckley; a brother, Henry of Packsville; five sisters, Eva Reed & Peg Miller of Beckley, Piney of Glen Daniels, Stollie Curry, Mae Turner, both of Whitesville and four grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday 11:00 am at Tyree Funeral Home chapel in Oak Hill with the Rev. Bill Minifee and Paule Fraker officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, WV.
