Daughter of George Allen and Margaret Osborn. She married Seaborn Featherstone and would have known the story and fate of her grandfather-in-law, Col. Ambrose Mills and all those who fought as Tories in the Battle of King's Mountain. She had what early education was afforded the children of the time. She and Seaborn were industrious, earned a good living, and raised a family of 10 children. She is a first cousin four times removed of Wayne Osborn, and Vicki Cooper's 3x Great-grandmother.
