LEXINGTON, Ky., May 29. - (AP) - Ben Hardin Helm, 84, member of a pioneer Kentucky family, died in his home here yesterday. His mother was a half-sister of Mary Todd Lincoln and his father, Confederate Brig. Gen. Ben Hardin Helm, was killed at Chickamauga during the Civil War. Helm was associated with the Louisville and Nashville Railroad and other rail companies, but in recent years had devoted his attention to his farm near here.
