BOSCOBEL – Funeral services for Kenneth E. Payne, 46, Boscobel, who died Thursday after a long illness, were to be held at 1:30 p.m. today in the Boscobel Methodist Church.
Mr. Payne's survivors include a brother, Arnold, 4321 Sheffield Rd., Madison.
Other survivors are his mother, Mrs. Grace Payne, Boscobel; two sisters, Mrs. Alvin Layman, Cincinnati, O., and Mrs. Dorothy Kovars, Boscobel; and two other brothers, Donald, Boscobel, and Leo, in the Army in Hawaii.
