  Our delightful grandmother, Hazel Crane, age 96, died November 13, 2003 in Salt Lake City.
  Born April 26, 1907, Payson, Utah, to Henry and Mary Jane Mordue Cannon. Married Dean Bunny Perkins, February 8, 1927, later divorced. Married George Edward Crane, June 15, 1937 in Salt Lake City. Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
  Hazel loved every part of life, and lived it to the fullest. She was an avid reader, a beautiful seamstress, a marvelous cook, and a great bridge player! She loved the gift of laughter, and adored her family with all her heart. She will be dearly missed.
  Survivors, grand-daughter, Lori Perkins Morgan (Ramon B.), five great-grandchildren, Erin, Bryan, Paige, Michael and Trent. Preceded in death by husband; son, Joel Dean Perkins; three sisters and three brothers.
  Her family would like to give heart-felt thanks to Chancellor Gardens of Clearfield and The Residence of CareSource, Salt Lake City, for their gentle, loving care of our Grandmother.
  Funeral services will be Monday, November 17, 2003, 11:00 a.m. at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends and family may call one hour prior to services. Interment: Provo City Cemetery.
