Laura (Martin) Crane wrote many articles for "The Repository" a Universalist publication, and signed them "L. Martin." She was of an exemplary mind and spirit in home and community. The lived in the Glover home where Nancy died, until Laura died, when Mr. Crane entered the employ of the U.S. as a National Liquor Inspector. The had one child John Crane born 17 Jan 1851, died 26 Apr 1855 Glover Vermont. (Taken from the Book of George Martin, Laura, listed as the 707 Person of the 7th Generation, in the book of "George Martin of Salisbury Mass, and his descendants" published in 1929.)
