"Shaver, Mrs. Lucy, nee Beach, a great great great granddaughter of Jn Beach, one of the Pilgrim Fathers, was born in Oxford Township, Grenville County, Sept 8 1826, and was converted when young at a camp meeting in Augusta. On August 23, 1849 she was married by Rev. Dr. Elliott to Reuben Shaver. She died Dec 9 1889, survived by her husband and small family"
