William H. Keedy, son of Edward and Elizabeth (Blecker) Keedy, was born at Boonsboro, MD, June 6, 1867, and died July 26, 1922, aged 55 years. He came with his parents to Mount Morris when but three years of age and lived in or near the village the remainder of his life, engaged most of the time in farming. In February 1902, he was married to Miss Edith Young, who survives him. They had no children, but they took David Fridley into their home when a lad and regarded him as their son.
