Born Nov. 18, 1935, in Newell, he was a son of Steve and Laura (Smith) Paradinovich.
Joe was a graduate of Chester High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps and the US Air Force. He was a member of the Newell American Legion. He was Catholic by faith and an avid reader.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Laura Ann Marshall, and Rosalie Heller; and a brother, John Paradinovich.
Surviving are a son, Mark Paradinovich of East Liverpool; three grandchildren, Breanne, Brittany, Brenna; one great-grandson, Lucas; a sister, Kay (Robert) Moffitt of East Liverpool; and several niece and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell tonight, Thursday, July 12, 2012, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2012, at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens, Newell.
