Mrs. Maggie Green McHan, age 77 of Chatsworth, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Chatsworth Health Care.
Maggie was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Taylor (Hoss) McHan; her mother, Pearl Mae Green; her father, Thomas Clyde Green; a sister, June Green Ballew; brothers, Alton Green and Rabon Green; a sister-in-law, Maria Green.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Marty McHan of Chatsworth, Terry and Amanda McHan of Chatsworth; daughters and sons-in-law, Shelia and Jesse Griffis of Cohutta, Anita Pittman and Robert Young of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Casey and Travis Stafford, Katie Pittman, Lakota Griffis, McKayla McHan, Latasha McHan, and BrittanyMcHan; great-grandchildren, Taylor May Stafford, Ryan Stafford, and Shaun Stafford; brothers and sister-in-law, Robert and Reba Green of Cleveland, TN, Charles Green of Chatsworth; nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Maggie will be 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 6, 2012 in the Chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Davis officiating.
Interment will follow in the Free Hope Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 9:30 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.
