Gertrude "Trudy" Tereshinski, of Bethesda, age 94 years, and still blessed with a sharp and clear mind and a prayerful spirit. Gertrude was the oldest of 11 children growing up on Long Island, NY, and attended St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing in NYC before meeting Joe Tereshinski, her husband of 53 years.
Trudy served as a head nurse at St. Luke's Hospital, and in the medical department of New York Life. She was active in St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church and was in the real estate business for many years.
Friends and family will be received at St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church, Bethesda on August 2 where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Survived by 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
