On both Nathan's and Jetta's death certificates, Jetta's name is listed as "Fromme Kapelaan," although her name was actually Jetta Kaplan. The reason for this is unknown, but on David and Rachel's marriage certificate there is a note, the translation of which is: "Both parties and witnesses declare, that, although in the death certificate of the father of the groom, his surname by mistake 'Levisson' instead of 'Leiwensohn,' and the first and surname of his mother mistakenly 'Fromme Kapelaan' instead of 'Jetta Kaplan' are written, they recognize the identity."
