MILDRED A BERRINGER

Mildred A. Berringer, 92, of Westerville, formerly of Lancaster, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2001, in Manor Health Care, Westerville.

She was a daughter of Dalton E. and Laura B. Hunsberger.

Mrs. Berringer was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Esther Circle of the church and was a past member of the Friendly Sixties Group.

She was married to Charles E. Berringer, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are a daughter, Florence Hill of Westerville; two sons and their wives, Dalton E. and Loretta Berringer of Waterloo, N.Y., and Paul D. and Sally Berringer of Franklin; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She also is survived by a sister, Martha Woodard of Phoenix, Ariz.; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Berringer was preceded in death by a sister, Iva McCarey; and a brother, Richard Hunsberger.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Huff Chapel, Franklin.

Funeral services will be held there at 1 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Frank Hodges, pastor of Grace United Methodist Church, officiating.

Interment will be in Peters Cemetery, Franklin.

The Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home, 436 N. Broad St., Lancaster, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements.
