Edward Wilson, 86, a resident of Croswell 25 years, died Sunday in Yale Community hospital after a long illness. He was born April 3, 1886 in Fremont Township, Sanilac County to William and Harriet (Marden) Wilson. Ed married Ella Powell in December 1911.
Surviving are his widow, Ellie, a brother, Hugh Wilson of Yale and a sister, Mary Belle Hunt of Peck.
Services were held Wednesday in Pomeroy Funeral Home with Elder Harvey Maedel, pastor of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, officiating.
Burial will be in Croswell Cemetery.
