Hancock, Md., May 23.—Services were held for Mrs. Lavina Bell Bishop, 55, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, this morning with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, on the National Highway, just west of here. Mrs. Bishop died at the home of her sister, Mrs. George B. Sipes, Bloomery district, Hampshire County, W. Va. Her mother, Mrs. Sarah J. Beatty, resides at Artemas, Pa. She is also survived by a son, Harry A. She leaves three other sisters, Mrs. Edith Deshong, Artemas; Mrs. Sarah Unger, Stotlers Cross Roads, W. Paw, W. Vs., and a brother Arthur Va., and ;Mrs. Mary E. Sipes, Paw A. Beatty.
