Mrs. Juel Lynn Rutledge, age 57 of Artemus, was born in Detroit, MI on August 21, 1961 to the late Kenneth Lipke and Lorene Warren Lipke and departed this life on March 30, 2019 in the Hazard ARH Hospital.
She was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed fishing, riding the 4-Wheeler, crocheting, and spending time with family, especially the grandchildren.
In addition to her parents; her husband: Stanley Rutledge; and her grandparents: Sol and Verta Warren preceded her in death.
Juel is survived by her loving daughters: Sarah Harrison and husband Tim, and Bonnie Davis all of Corbin; her sister: Lisa Dozier of Artemus; 7 grandchildren: Mikyla, Mallory, Maegan, Joel, Tristan, Breanna, and Acey; special Aunt and Uncle: Brenda and James Farmer of Corbin; Nephew: Nick Dozier and wife Miranda of Artemus; best friend: Teressa Bunch and husband Johnny of Artemus; and a host of other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
