Eugene, age 83, died at his home in Palm Harbor. He was the son of Aubrey and Lillian Aikins. He graduated from University of New Hampshire with a degree in economics. He served in the US Army in the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, 5 children, and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Sidney Roth and Jane Shannon.
