She was born in Tyler County, a daughter of the late Oscar and Pearl Keller Kavis.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Burt Church of Christ of Middlebourne.
She is survived by one son, Joseph Archer of Sistersville; two daughters, Joyce Ullom of Middlebourne and Geraldine Kile of Alma; two foster sons, Jackson E. baker of Coopersville, Mich., and James A. Baker of Cottondale, Ala.; two foster daughters, Corena Eddy of Middlebourne and Jean Carroll of Center Point, W.Va.; one nephew, Charles Chadderdon; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver W. Archer in 1986; and one sister.
Services 2 p.m. Monday, Furbee Funeral Home, Middlebourne, evangelist George Knisely officiating. Burial, Archer's Chapel Cemetery, next Community, Middlebourne.
Visitation, Furbee Funeral Home 2-4; 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
