He was born on May 13, 1933 in the Town of Westfield, Sauk County, son of Herbert and Elva (Luetkens) Baumgarten. Ken was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. (Korean War)
Survivors include four sons: Kenneth Jr. (Julie), John (Sheri), Dennis (Deborah) and Timothy (Laura), all of Kenosha; 10 grandchildren; Kenneth III, Joshua, Cassi, Dennis Jr., Timothy Fr. Randell, Eric, Nicholas, Shannon and Hannah; a brother: Gordon (Shirley) of Loganville; a sister; Doris (Phillip) Fish of Sauk City; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Marlin.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 1996 at St. Peter's Lutheran Chrch in Loganville with Rev Ronald Rasmussen officiating. Interment was made in St. Peter's Cemetery.
