Mr. Danny J. Aucoin, 64, a native and resident of Morgan City passed away, Sunday, July 3, 2011 while surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Danny is survived by his children, Melanie A. Ratcliff and her husband, Andrew Jr., of Morgan City, Nichole A. Gaspard and her husband, Jason, of Belle River; and Brandon Aucoin of Plaquemine; his brother, Peres J. Aucoin; and three grandchildren, Andrew 'Tré' Ratcliff III, Kylan Gaspard, and Seavon Falcon.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Janice Luke Aucoin; and his parents, Clarville and Odette Mayon Aucoin.
The family requests that visitation be observed Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 10am until time of services at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 2pm at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson with Rev. Charles Gilder officiating. Burial will follow in the Ibert's Memorial Park Cemetery with the East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad presiding over Military Honors.
Acting as pallbearers will be Peres Aucoin, Andrew Ratcliff Jr., and Andrew 'Tré' Ratcliff III, Jason Gaspard, Kylan Gaspard, and Brandon Aucoin.
