Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011, at 11:00 AM at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson for Juanita Rock Coleman, 75, a Morgan City native and longtime resident of Berwick, who passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 9:00 PM at Teche Regional Medical Center. Burial will follow in Ibert's Memorial Park Cemetery. Monsignor Douglas Courville will officiate the services.
Juanita's favorite pass time was visiting with family and friends and playing video poker as Magic Cash Casino.
Survivors include her three daughters, Debra C. Leonard of Berwick, Geraldine C. Hebert and her husband Louis of Erath, and Regina C. Fryou and her husband Dominick of Berwick; one brother, Charles Rock and his wife Louise of Ricohoc; two sisters-in-law, Sherry Visor of Houma and Barbara Rock of Houma; six grandchildren, Sherry Solar and her companion Eva Rock, Clarence Leonard, Jr., Louis Hebert III, Gerald Hebert, Dominick Fryou, Jr. and his wife Beth, and Chad Fryou and his wife Katie; four great grandchildren, Morgan Nunez, and Noah, Ashton, and Paul Fryou; and one nephew, Keith Rock and his wife Angela.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald D Coleman; her parents, Allen Rock and Fazzie Autin Rock; and one brother, Allen Rock, Jr.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday at Ibert's Mortuary from 9:00 AM until time of service.
Pallbearers will be Sherry Solar, Clarence Leonard, Jr., Louis Hebert III, Gerald Hebert, Dominick Fryou, Jr., and Chad Fryou.
