Miss Verna A. Brandon, aged 29 years, daughter of William F. and the late Ellen (Masters) Brandon, died following am operation for appendicitis at 8:45 a.m. today at the Homeopathic Hospital. The was admitted to the institution on Monday, Sept. 23, from the home of her brother, Russell Brandon, 1707 Centre avenue, where she resided. Miss Brandon was employed as a clerk at Andrews cut rate drug store. She was a member of the Reformed denomination. There survive her father, William F. Brandon, of Elverson; two brothers, Russell, this city, and Charles, New York State, and three sisters, Florence, of Forest Grove, Ore.; Alice, wife of Harry Gilbert, Bloomsburg, and Thelma Brandon, New Jersey.
