The former Georgiana Pego was born in Muskegon, MI on April 11, 1944 to George Pego and Lucille (Lewis) Pego. She married Edward Adamczak on December 13, 1990 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Kentwood, MI.

Georgiana was a member of St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Shrine Parish in Manistee and was an Elder and Traditional Dancer with the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.

She was survived by her husband, Edward of Manistee; three children, Dawn (Robert) Heck of New Braunfels, TX, Alan (Monica) Pego of Grand Rapids, Roger (Austaya) Martell of Louisville, KY; seven grandchildren, Kali, Jake, Alan Jr, Jonathon, Reo, Jayda, Arianna; three sisters, Mary (Ed) Sherman of Mears, MI, Darlene Pineda of Montague, MI, Sally Jobes of Manistee; one brother, Paul (Coral) Pego, Sr. of White Cloud, MI.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Roger Smith, her children's father, Gilbert Smith and two brothers, George Pego, Jr. and Raymond Pego.
