Beamer, Sr. and wife Roxanne Beamer of Christians-burg, VA; devoted Godparents the late Bishop Eugene Clark and mother Norma Clark of Mount Airy, NC; six aunts Ada Scales; Christine Goins both of Galax, VA; Francis Brown and husband (Jessie) of Cleveland; OH; Rose Robinson of Martinsville; VA; Francis Robinson and husband (Elbert) of Martinsville, VA; Raymond Beamer of Galax, VA; Willard Beamer of Cleveland, OH; Richard Beamer of Stuart, VA; two nieces and seven nephews two great nieces and one great nephew, and special caregiver and friend Brenda McCarty. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Clarks Temple Holiness Church, Mount Airy, NC the eulogist will be Reverend Daryl E. Beamer Sr.and burial will follow in the Oldtown Family Cemetery, Galax, VA. Family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
