She was born in Elliott County, Kentucky on August 8, 1939 the daughter of John W. and Amanda (Roe) Moore Sr.
Glenna was a history buff and a great storyteller, she enjoyed decorating her home, reading, especially the Warren Tribune newspaper, the family activities and sharing the gift of laughter to everyone around her. She truly missed her sister, Mary whom she cared for during her illness.
Glenna is survived by a daughter, Renee (Brian) Burtt of Owego, New York; son, Gary Dean Archer of Mineral Ridge; sister, Dorothy (Joe) Cross of Mineral Ridge; brother, John W. Moore of Johnsville and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Tracy Edward Archer who died on December 15, 1984, sister, Mary Barker and brother, Delbert Moore.
Burial was in Kerr Cemetery.
