Gladys R. Allshouse, 97, of Latrobe, died Tuesday, July 17, 2007, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born July 11, 1910, in Derry Township, she was the daughter of the late William R. and Margaret E. Elliott Davis.
She was retired from the Corner Store, Latrobe.
She is survived by a daughter, Betty, Latrobe; a son, A. Samuel and wife Darlene, Latrobe; a stepson, Wayne and wife Joan, Indiana; three grandsons; a step-grandson; two great-grandsons; and two step-great-grandsons.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel W. Allshouse; and two brothers, Welty and Bill Davis.
Family and friends were received in the John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, Latrobe. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today in the funeral home with the Rev. Clark Kerr officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, New Alexandria.
