This epitaph is under the main inscription on Valentine Kolter's grave marker.
"We miss thee from our home dear father
We miss thee from thy place
A shadow o'er our life is cast
We miss the sunshine of thy face
We miss the kind and willing hand

There is a problem with the death date.
Death notice in newspaper shows one date and the gravestone shows another. Maybe the stone was installed or replaced at a later date and used the wrong date. Newspaper may be wrong since it was published Apr 12, 1893 and lists Oct 16, 1892 death date.
