She was born in Geneva County, Ala., on Dec. 31, 1917, to Jackie and Mary Ann Simmons. She was a longtime resident of Crestview and Okaloosa County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, P. J. (Philip Jefferson) Adams. Louise is survived by three sons, Jeff Adams and Dinah of Baker, Fla., Lonnie Jack Adams and Peggy of Crestview and Philip Adams and Laura of Milton, Fla., a daughter, Patricia Richey and Bob of Defuniak Springs, Fla.; grandchildren, Felicia Fountain, Mara Gigler, Alisa Luke, Andrea Prestwood, Allison Murray, Ward Adams and Jason Adams; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at Live Oak Memorial Park on Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Raymond Williams officiating. Burial will be in Live Oak Memorial Park Cemetery.
