Gene worked for Alatex as a technician, retiring after over 30 years there. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. Gene loved the outdoors, and was an avid fisherman. He was especially fond of his pets.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Huey and Ella Mae Adams; and a brother, Charles Adams.
Gene is survived by his wife, Faye Adams, of Crestview; son, Aaron E. Adams, Jr., of Crestview; daughters, Angela Brunelle of Thomaston, Ga., Amanda Hensley of Crestview; stepdaughters, Kim Carter, of Chipley, Fla., Chasity Gallardo of Crestview and Jennifer Wadsworth, also of Crestview; his brother, James Adams, of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; 17 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
