He was born on Aug. 16, 1947, in Crestview and was a lifelong resident. He was a hardworking businessman in our community and a member of New Beginnings Church.
He was preceded in death by his three sisters, Louise Mason, Frances Lively and Mary Ann Nichols; a brother, Junior Adams; and his parents, Earnest and Blanny Green Adams.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Nell Adams; four children, Ronnie Warren Adams, Donald Ray Adams, Clayton Scott Adams and wife Nannette Lee Adams, and Bethany Paige Adams; sister, Opal Lunsford; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, in the chapel of Brackney Funeral Service with Pastor Raymond Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Live Oak Park Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
