Master Koen Howard Abbey

Age: 1 day

S/O Jared Howard Abbey & Heather Christine (Gleason) Abbey

Obituary, Logan (UT) Herald Journal, 6 Aug 2013:

On August 2, 2013, our precious baby boy passed away in the arms of his loving family. Koen was born on Aug. 1, 2013, and we were so blessed to have him with us for a short time before he returned to the loving arms of his Father in Heaven.

Koen is survived by his parents, Jared and Heather Abbey of Pleasant View, along with his siblings Makayla, Katelyn, Hayden and Kamryn, his grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins. All of Koen's family are looking forward to being reunited with him someday.

Jared and Heather would like to thank all of the many nurses, respiratory therapists and physicians at McKay-Dee Hospital for their love and care, as well as Angel Watch, Utah Share, and Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep for their support.

There will be a small Graveside Service for family held on Thursday, Aug. 8 at Ben Lomond Cemetery in North Ogden. In lieu of flowers or donations, there has been a special Memorial Fund set up in Koen's name at America First Credit Union. Services are under the direction of Gillies Funeral Chapel in Brigham City.
